Major planning consent for 44 houses at Elm Lane

Provectus Development Group is pleased to announce that we have secured another major planning consent for 44 houses at Elm Lane, Minster following a positive decision from the Planning Inspectorate in support of the company’s appeal validated in early October 2022. The Inspector has also allowed the costs application and awarded full costs.

This project which is a mix of 2,3 and 4 bedroom units, has been in excess of three years in the making and had full support from Swale BC’s Planning Officers. However, it encountered unwarranted hurdles at Planning Committee and lengthy delays at appeal.

In addition to this specific parcel, Provectus also holds the neighbouring site to the west on a joint venture. Our western parcel, for a further 26 houses, was in Reg 19 of Swale BC’s previous local plan and acts as an infill site between 65 units to the west currently in build and our 44 units to the east.

With an existing portfolio of over 10 further projects it looks to be an extremely successful and busy 2024 for Provectus with the company anticipating a further five project consents within the next six months and the official launch of the group’s Living Works business which focuses on build-to-rent/town-centre regeneration.

Information on the above will follow soon so keep an eye out. In the meantime, Provectus is always looking to work with more investors and actively looking to grow the Group’s portfolio with new projects.
