Provectus are pleased to confirm that we have exchanged on two option contracts in Medway, Kent. The development will involve the conversion of two agricultural barns to form 9 residential units. The planning applications will be submitted under Class Q permitted development and we look forward to commencing construction this year.
This scheme is in a very picturesque farmyard location and gives us an exciting build to sell scheme, providing a nice contrast to our larger land promotions and town centre regeneration projects.
