How we work

Our mission is to deliver value to investors and landowners through careful risk management and close collaboration with our trusted network of professional contacts within our Kent development corridor. We do this by taking a hedged portfolio approach, with opportunities spread across commercial, residential and mixed-use development, planning gain, asset management and geographical diversity to manage equity risk and create maximum yield. As Chartered Surveyors, everything we do is underpinned by an ethos of transparency and integrity.

Unlike a residential housebuilder, we are able to trade every asset class within the property industry. We do not offer a ‘one size fits all’ model, our success has been built on agility, commerciality and the ability to engineer every deal to extract maximum value. By operating across all sectors we create a diversification portfolio for our investors with multiple exit strategies that minimise risk and maximise returns.

Although we have both Options and Promotion contracts within our portfolio, Provectus is unique in the way in which we work in collaboration with land and building owners on a joint venture basis.  Joint ventures form the majority of our projects to date and unlike the traditional Option route, joint ventures allow our land and building partners to maximise the return from their own assets in a informed and transparent manner
